In short: TokenPass offers optional memberships alongside its independent AI API price-monitoring service. We explain payments, refunds, and your choices here in plain language.

1. Who we are

TokenPass is operated by Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone Aizhihui Digital Technology Studio, Wuhan, Hubei, China.

2. The service

We provide AI API price comparison, monitoring, and optional membership features. Third-party AI models and providers remain independent services; their availability, output, and terms are their own.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Waffo Pancake. Card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.

4. One-time membership and cancellation

A membership payment covers the stated term. It does not renew automatically, and there is nothing to cancel when the term ends.

5. Refunds

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee, starting from the time of successful payment. To request a full refund, email support@tokenpassai.com within 48 hours. Refunds are processed by Waffo Pancake. To protect against abuse, we may decline requests that show a pattern of repeated subscribe-and-refund activity, multiple accounts sharing one payment source, or other manipulative behaviour. After the 48-hour window, payments are non-refundable, as is standard for digital services. Mandatory legal rights are not affected.

6. Fair use

Please do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape it at a harmful scale, or use it for unlawful activity.

Please do not:

Scrape or automate the collection of data at a harmful scale, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
Evade paid access, forge membership credentials, or create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers.
Use the service for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any conduct that could disrupt or harm TokenPass or other users.

If you breach these rules, we may issue a warning, suspend, or terminate your access. Serious violations may be addressed without prior notice.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service useful and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or third-party AI results. If a security breach affecting your personal data requires notice, we will notify affected people as required by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when our service or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest version.
